Milton Barn is an exclusive rustic wedding venue situated on the north coast of Cornwall near Bude. Early March weddings can carry a risk of not providing the best in weather but we were lucky with a lack of rain. Milton Barn also has a large fireplace which keeps the venue nice and warm.Â
I was excited for this wedding as I had previously taken Beth and Ben’s engagement photos and knew what a fun and loving couple they are. I also had the pleasure of meeting their very excitable dog, Kiki, who made an appearance towards the end of the evening.Â
The met a slightly nervous Ben at St Andrews Church where the ceremony was taking place. Beth was getting ready at her grandparents house which is a short walk from the beautiful Cornish church. The ceremony was full of smiles and happiness.Â
It was then off to Milton Barn which is a stunning rustic venue for wedding photography in north Cornwall. I arrived early to photograph all the small details. Once the guests had arrived, we got the group and couple photographs done outside as it was forecast to rain. Back inside, the venue was toasty warm and it was time for food followed by speeches which left a few in tears of happiness.Â
The first dance took place, followed by the wedding guests joining in. Beth even had a dance with her gorgeous dog Kiki which was a first for me to witness!Â
The love between Beth and Ben was so strongly evident all day. It was so apparent that not only were they husband and wife but also the best of friends and very much meant to be with one another.Â
